I am a married, Mom of two beautiful girls who continue to inspire me every single day. Born and raised in Toronto, I married and moved Richmond Hill where our family began. I have held many part time jobs throughout my life thus far, focusing only on what job better suited my family and what job allowed me the time with my children, when they needed me the most. My full-time job position has always been a stay-at-home Mom – and a remarkably busy one. I have always enjoyed the artistry of food creation. Certain textures, colours, aromas, the adventures with baking. I love to entertain. With my children now grown and career focused, my journey will now continue and focus on helping you entertain.
Fun Fact: I have a love- hate relationship with prosciutto! This thin, savoury, and delicious Italian cured meat can be found on most of my boards and my least favourite item to work with, in my kitchen. I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist, some may call it a bit of OCD, so the thin, frail meat can drive me a bit crazy 😊
When I am not in my kitchen baking or creating charcuteries, you can usually find me in a pool, on a ball field, at a hockey game, a rock concert, or spending time with my loveable lab, Tucker. Can you tell I am a Leafs fan? 😉 I love to travel, spend time with friends and family and have a secret love for photography. My hope is that I get to travel out West in this beautiful country of ours and capture the stunning views that await. Autumn is my favourite colour.
